Solution: Repeated Parallels Panel Scheduler Notification Emails

Solution: Repeated Parallels Panel Scheduler Notification Emails

After updating to Parallels 11.5 I suddenly started getting inundated with emails like this one:

Parallels Panel Scheduler notification

Running task: C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\bin\php.exe -c “C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\conf\php.ini” -dauto_prepend_file=sdk.php “C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\plib\modules\plesk-mobile\scripts\push_worker.php”
Started: Fri Jul 04 17:10:01 2014
Ended successfully: Fri Jul 04 17:19:46 2014

How To Fix It

  1. Login to the Plesk Control Panel
  2. Go to Server Management > Tools & Settings
  3. Under the Tools & Resources heading, click Scheduled Tasks
  4. In the list that appears click Plesk Administrator

You should now be presented with a list of tasks the description for mine was the full path:

“C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\bin\php.exe” -c “C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\conf\php.ini” -dauto_prepend_file=sdk.php “C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\plib\modules\plesk-mobile\scripts\push_worker.php”

Click the description and change the Scheduler Notification to Do Not Send (or you could simply change the frequency of the schedule but this would impair Plesk mobile apps).
