Stop LogMeIn Client (Ignition) Auto Updating

If you want to stop LogMeIn Client (AKA Ignition) automatically updating because – for an example – of LogMeIn’s unique habit of introducing bugs and actually removing functionality, you have to do so in the LogMeIn client options as opposed to the LogMeIn Client options (note the uppercase C, what the hell: the one with the blue icon, not the white icon).

Go to Options > Preferences > Advanced

LogMeIn Preferences Disable Updates
